OsiDraws Guidelines and Policies

OSIDRAWS FULL COMMISSION POLICIES
Welcome to OsiDraws! By requesting a commission, you agree to the following policies and terms. These are here to protect both you (the client) and me (the artist), and ensure that the process is respectful, smooth, and fair on both sides. Please read carefully before ordering.

PAYMENT POLICY

A 25%–50% non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins.
For commissions under $50, a 40%–50% down payment is required.
Full payment must be made before the final artwork is delivered.
Accepted forms of payment and instructions will be shared after your request is submitted.

ARTWORK PROCESS

Once the down payment is received, you will be sent a rough sketch for review.
You may request minor adjustments to the sketch before I proceed.
Major revisions after the sketch stage may come with an additional fee.
Time estimates will vary depending on complexity, add-ons, and current queue. I will always provide a general timeline when starting.

REFUNDS & REVISIONS

Refunds are available at any time before the final piece is sent.
After delivery, clients have 2–5 days to request edits or a redraw.
After this window, revisions may no longer be available due to copyright protections.
Refunds are not available after the final piece is delivered and cleared.
Refunds will also not be offered for any disputes over style if clear expectations were not provided at the start.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY

All commissions remain the intellectual property of OsiDraws until full payment is completed.
If payment is not completed within the time frame discussed, OsiDraws reserves the right to reclaim the work and/or deny future requests.
Clients may not use any version of the work (drafts, sketches, or finals) in public, professional, or commercial contexts without permission.
Unauthorized reposting, reselling, or editing of the art is prohibited.
Credit to OsiDraws must be clearly visible when the work is shared.

DELIVERY POLICY

All completed works will first be delivered with a watermark for review.
Once approved and paid in full, you’ll receive the final clean version with only the artist’s signature.
Files will be sent in high-quality PNG or JPEG format unless another format is requested.

CUSTOM PRODUCT WAIVER
By signing or submitting a request for custom products (e.g. tech cases, shirts, posters, canvas prints), you agree that:

You are giving OsiDraws permission to personalize or alter your selected product.
These items may not be eligible for traditional refunds or returns from the original product seller.
You accept either a written signature or down payment as a waiver of general return rights.

OSIDRAWS PRE-MADE ART PURCHASE POLICIES
These guidelines apply to all pre-made or already completed artworks sold by OsiDraws. These pieces are offered as-is and are not customizable unless otherwise discussed.

NEGOTIATION & PURCHASE PROCESS

All inquiries and price negotiations for pre-made artwork must be handled through Instagram DMs or other approved direct contact methods.
Once terms are agreed upon, payment must be submitted in full before delivery.
OsiDraws reserves the right to decline offers or hold a piece for another client during negotiations.

For digital artwork:
- Final files will be delivered via a secure link or email.
- Files are typically in PNG or JPEG format.
For physical artwork (if offered):
- Shipping costs will be included or discussed during DM negotiation.
- Orders are shipped after payment and cannot be changed once shipped.

DOWNLOADABLE ART POLICY

Downloadable art is delivered as-is and includes no edits, changes, or color swaps unless negotiated beforehand.
No refund or revision is offered for pre-made digital art unless the file is damaged or unusable, in which case a re-send will be provided.

You are purchasing usage rights, not full ownership of the art unless discussed.
Unless exclusive rights are agreed upon in DM, OsiDraws retains the right to repost or resell the art.
You may not claim the art as your own, resell it, or remove the OsiDraws signature.
